We are seeking a dedicated full-time remote backend developer to join our distributed team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web applications. • Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Design and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement robust and secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in our backend systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to improving the overall development process.
• Stay updated with the latest backend development trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Proven work experience as a backend developer, with a portfolio showcasing your projects and proficiency in a backend programming language (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.).
• Experience with backend frameworks like Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or Express.js.
• Solid understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize code for performance.
• Understanding of server security and data protection practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for remote collaboration.
• Detail-oriented approach to writing well-structured and maintainable code.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
