We're looking for an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and ship autonomous agents that take real action inside our clients' businesses. You'll own agents end to end — orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation — turning flashy demos into trustworthy systems that run in production.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI agents — planning, tool use, and multi-step task completion — against real client workflows.
- Build retrieval (RAG) pipelines that ground agents in client data — accurate, sourced, and current.
- Set up evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls so agents are safe to trust with real responsibility.
- Integrate agents securely with client tools — CRMs, databases, helpdesks, and internal APIs.
- Monitor agents in production and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and cost.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years building production software, with strong Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, RAG, or prompt/eval workflows.
- Comfort with APIs, databases, and connecting systems together cleanly.
- A bias for measurable outcomes and an instinct for safety and edge cases.
- Strong communication and the ability to collaborate across a remote team.
